ANDREW LEWIS - ACII
Managing Director: Baronscourt U.K , S.A , Namibia and Companhia
Geral de Seguros de Mozambique and a Director of Global Alliance
Holdings and Subsidiaries.
Andrew started his career with IGI Insurance Company in South Africa
as management trainee in 1988. He moved to IGI Botswana in 1990. In 1991 he left
Botswana and moved to England where he attended the CII College of Insurance,
qualifying with an ACII. After completing his studies, Andrew worked in the London
Insurance Market firstly as a London Market Underwriter and then
as a Director of a Lloyd's Broking firm. After six years in the
London market, Andrew left England and returned to South Africa
to start the Baronscourt Group. In 2003 Andrew together with Robert
Lewis merged CGSM, Baronscourt, Kindle Insurance Technologies, Selene
Re-Insurance to form Global Alliance Holdings.

ROBERT LEWIS
Director: Global Alliance Holdings and all group subsidiaries
Robert began his career in 1990 when he joined Irish & Company
Stock Brokers. In 1994 he became one of the youngest members of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and was subsequently made a partner
of the enlarged firm of Irish Menell Rosenberg. In 1998 Robert sold
his 26% shareholding of Irish Menell Rosenberg to The Appleton Group.
Robert started South Africa's first online stockbroker called U-Trade
in January 1999. The company was listed on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange later that year. U-Trade was merged with the Appleton Group
in January 2001 in a deal which formed South Africa's largest private
client stockbroker. The transaction resulted in Robert selling his
49% shareholding in U-Trade, however he continues to be an active
member of the institute of stockbrokers.
In June 2001 Robert purchased 100% of Companhia Geral De Seguros
De Mozambique (CGSM) a Mozambique Insurance company. In 2003 Robert together with
Andrew Lewis merged CGSM, Baronscourt, Kindle Insurance Technologies,
Selene Re-Insurance to form Global Alliance Holdings

ANGUS ROWE
Chairman: LifeSense Group and Subsidiary Companies
Angus is qualified and registered in the Investments London Financial
Future (UK) and Investments New York Financial Future (USA). Angus returned to South
Africa in 1991 and started with HMO, restructured as LifeSense Group and is currently
the Chairman of the LifeSense Group and all the subsidiary Companies.
DAVID THOMAS
Financial Director: Global Alliance Group
David started his working career with the audit firm Irish Smither
& Co., which later merged with the firm Rheimer and Waterson, currently known as RW
Irish. After completing his articles, David left the auditing profession to join
Irish Menell Rosenburg Stock Brokers, currently known as Appleton
Securities, as their Financial Manager.
Andrew and Robert Lewis approached him in September 2002 to join
Global Alliance Holdings as their Group Financial Director

ALEX RIMMER
Alex Rimmer commenced his insurance career in 1991 as a marine &
transport underwriter and gained exposure to construction and engineering
and corporate and industrial insurance before moving into operational
management. Alex has over the past 10 years held executive and board
positions in the insurance industry in South Africa as well as internationally.
Alex is able to draw on a wealth of technical insurance and reinsurance
experience and an extensive knowledge of the African and International
markets when serving a clients requirements.

LOURENS LUYT
Lourens Luyt started his career in the banking environment.
He has completed all his banking exams and was appointed as assistant
branch accountant with Volkskas, currently known as ABSA.
He moved out of the Banking environment to join Irish Mennel and
Rosenberg stockbrokers, which later became known as Appleton Securities
as an accountant and compliance officer, he completed his JSE Compliance
Officer exams as well as a three year Financial Management diploma.
Lourens was approached during May 2003 to join Baronscourt (SA)
(Pty) ltd as the group financial manager.
